Kings Road Haul

29 May 2015

As much as I enjoy writing about my days out, I feel like many people do not like them. However I'm going to incorporate a day out to Kings Road with a haul, to hopefully suit the needs of other people. * If that even made any sense haha * So on Tuesday me and Dalal decided to go Kings Road as it is versatile, since it is such a beautiful place but also has many High End shops. Obviously we could not resist our selves therefore we bought some stuff. This is a collab with Dalal from MonochromeDaisies whom came with me, check out her haul and give her some love.

We first went to Brandy Melville which I was the most excited about, after going there two times and trying on half the stores clothes I came out with there signature top. It is a grey loose top which a cute alien embroidered on the side. Me and Dalal where stuck on which tops to buy as they only ranged from £22  maximum! Which is amazing as Brandy Melville tops are soooo soft and cute. This was only £16.

The Brandy Melville store was too tumblr to not take pictures

You can see our struggle of picking out clothes

We 'then' went to Zara, well I quote then since Dalal forced me to go there five times. However after a few trying of clothes, I was not feeling their clothes. There new collection was a bit too boho for me. My first initial item that I brought was from Office, I was in need of simple black slip ons. You can say they are bit crocodile print but matte, these where only £20. Which I semi regret buying as the material is not that great but hey ho

We finally went to Lush where I brought the Mask of Magnaminty which I think I will do a full on review once I have tried it for a few weeks. This was £5.50 but totally worth it as it is probably the most refreshing mask I own.

Thank you soooo much for 100 followers, its so unbelievable that within 4 months of blogging I have 100 followers! I have got writers block so if you would like comment some post suggests as my exams are almosttt over!! By the way I have some collabs at the end of June so I’m super excited for that!

Natural Exam Makeup

21 May 2015

I know, I know remember when I said ' I would post once a week' yup it has been about 12 days since I've blogged. My days have consisted of revision, revision and more revision. But here is my natural makeup for school, exams or just for a lazy day; with all this stress shouldn't us girls try to look cute? You can switch these products up to your liking. This post is all about embracing your natural beauty, this is great as it enhancing your features rather than 'caking' it on.
Face
If you want some extra coverage then a BB cream is great, it is lightweight whiles covering those stress pimples. You can also double this up as concealer as we want to save as much time in the mornings and revise. Ugh somebody had to say it.

Eyes|Brows
Now onto taming those brows. If your like me who is too freakishly scared to get my eye brows threaded, a brow styling gel is great as it colours them whiles leaving your eyebrows in place all day.
Eyes|Mascara
I absolutely love giving my eyes some volume and length without them being overall dramatic, so I am in love with the Maybelline Big Eyes mascara. Its pure perfection, need I say more?
Under-eye
For those sleepiness nights revising till 2am concealer will be your best friend, it will provide more coverage whilst highlighting your under eyes. This doubles up as a highlighter and well to enhance your natural bone structure.

Lips
In exams, you defiantly don't want to be worrying how your lipstick has smudged all of your face or how your lip gloss is constantly sticking to your hair. Seriously the struggles are so real.So I am in love with baby lips as they are hydrating but also gives a slight hint of colour.

High End Wish List

8 May 2015

Aside from all this revison I decided to do a mini collab with dalal. I say collab but eh its not the most  creative... Heywho I have really been thinking about what I want to get when I finish my exams, I might make a post about this but one of the ' presents to my self for all my hard work ' is makeup. I have mainly been trying drug store makeups however I really want to get back on my ' highend' shopping. So I made a list of my top 5 makeup wish list. These will most likely change throughout the weeks and months but heywho.

1. Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer

If I'm not buying clothes from Topshop and Zara then I'm most likely buying Concealer. Since I am a Concealer junkie, I have always wanted the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer since it will also hydrate my under eyes. Concealer is literally my go to makeup where I can apply it to my under eyes then add some mascara and leave the house. This is £22 which is a reasonable price for Nars and or a good concealer

2. Hypnose Doll Lashes Lancome Mascara

Mascara is my second most used makeup item, despite the fact I have an alright lash length, I feel like mascara can indulge my eye shape and give my lashes some more length and volume. My mum used to own this and it was amazing, it would give you the right amount of volume and length without over doing it and a having messy clumpy look. This ranges at £22.50 which I feel like spending £20 for the benieft They're Real mascara when you could add an extra £2.50 and pretty much get your moneys worth. I'm not saying that the They're Real mascara is somewhat bad, but I feel like its overpriced and over rated.

3. Nars Sheer Glow Foundation

If you have been on my blog for a long time, well pretty much 3 months. You will know that I am not a fan of foundation since they can be irritating and cakey. However I like the idea of a minim coverage foundation like this. However I am not too fussy about buying this since I never wear foundation, but it would be a great beauty product to add in my makeup bag. This ranges at £31.00 which is way to expensive as I will hardly use it, but it does seem very good.

4. Too Faced Liquified Long Wear Lipstick
These have been extremely popular in the blogger and youtube world and is only £15 which is the same as Mac Lipsticks. I love the shade 'melted marshmallow' which is a lovely light pink * Not the shade in the image*. However I recently heard that it dries your lips which is making me reconsider wheather this shall be worth the £15

5. Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick
I recently found out that Urban Decay are supposedly cruelty free which I find a great plus since I love and own the Naked Palette 1, which have cute neutral shades. However I really want the Urban Decay revolution lipstick in the shade 'obsessed' they are a little bit pricey of £15.50 but for great quality it is worth my money. I have also heard there are dupes of this for the Revlon Colorburst Lip Butters. This shade is just too beautiful!!

Victoria’s Secret Sensual Blush

2 May 2015

I'm more of a perfume kind of gal so body mists are fairly new to me and since my sisters friend works at Victoria Secret we were allowed to essentially pick out what we wanted. As I am a sucker for fruity, floral scents hence why this body spray + body lotion is all of the above I chose this one. But I'll leave it to the experts to describe it, whom describe Sensual Blush as a ' pink lotus and sultry woods'  however its still toned down and not in your face. This is one of them scents that are super long lasting and makes people notice it from a mile away. If you do love the flirty yet sophisticated scents then this is perfect for you!

I remember in one of my previous posts I was at 50, so thank you so much for the following and for the comments; replying back truly makes my day <3
